When you open the lid, all the electronic systems (compressor and pumps) will get disconnected automatically. A "click" sound and the thermostat turning off provides feedback that the cold plunge has been de-energized**

Detects any sort of electric fault and opens the circuit in less than 30 milliseconds (0.03 seconds)

*Before using your Box, make sure the thermostat turns off upon lid aperture.

In the rare event that any of the safety systems crafted my BoxPlunge fails please call us immediately and don't use the cold plunge until fixed. We'll provide free labor & parts.
