Refund policy

Warranty and Return Policy for Cold Plunge Unit

Warranty: 1 Year Period

  1. All products purchased from TemperaCure are covered by a limited Manufacturer's warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. We will honor and extended warranty for a total of 2 years at an additional cost.

  2. The warranty covers clear manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur during normal usage of the product. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or any modifications to the product.

  3. During the warranty period, TemperaCure will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or its parts free of charge.

  4. The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.

Return Policy: 15 Days

  1. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions below.

  2. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product must also be included.

  3. To initiate a return, please contact BoxPlunge customer support team at contact@boxplunge.com or call us at (305) 542-0288. The representatives will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  4. All returns will be subject to a deduction of either the greater of $380 or the actual shipping cost to cover restocking and shipping fees, which will be subtracted from the refund amount.

  5. Once the returned product is received and inspected, TemperaCure will process the refund or exchange within 5-10 business days after deducting the restocking and shipping fees.

Exclusions:

  1. The warranty and return policy do not cover normal wear and tear of the product or damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or maintenance.

  2. Consumable items (e.g., batteries, ink cartridges) are not covered by the warranty and are non-returnable.

  3. Products that have been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty and return policy.

Claiming Warranty or Return:

To claim warranty service or initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact TemperaCure customer support team at contact@boxplunge.com or call us at (305) 542-0288 to explain the issue and request assistance.

  2. If claiming warranty service, be prepared to provide your original purchase receipt and a detailed description of the defect or malfunction.

  3. If initiating a return, obtain an RMA number from the customer support team and ship the product back to BoxPlunge, ensuring it is appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Missing accessories: The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For even exchanges, we will exchange what is returned (e.g., box for box, manual for manual, etc.) In some cases, missing accessories or components may render the product useless and consequently, may not be returnable.

Return Shipping Charges: BoxPlunge is not responsible for shipping charges for returns. Return shipping must be paid for with insurance. 


Mail returns: Returns must be insured.

 

Cancelations Fee Policy We understand there may be times when you need to cancel an order on TemperaCure.com. Should this occur, any transactional and additional fees imposed by our e-commerce hosting service related to your purchase will be deducted from your potential refund. These fees cover the costs associated with processing your order and the subsequent cancellation. If these combined fees exceed the original purchase amount, no refund will be provided, but rest assured, you're not obligated to cover any excess fees. This policy ensures transparency and reflects the real costs of order processing on our platform.
