  1. Nationwide Delivery: We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. In the event we are unable to deliver to your location, a full refund of your purchase will be processed without delay.

  2. Production Lead Time: Please note that there may be a lead time of up to three weeks for the preparation and dispatch of your cold plunge products. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. You will be promptly notified in the case of any unforeseen delays.

  3. Delivery Time: Upon dispatch, our delivery time ranges from 3-10 business days, depending on the shipping destination.

  4. Product Safety: Your product's safe arrival is our priority. Each cold plunge product is packaged meticulously to ensure its safe arrival. In the unlikely event of damage upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours to arrange a claim ticket.

  5. Shipping Policy: Local deliveries (Miami-DADE, Broward & Palm Beach)

  1. Deposit and Balance Payment: To confirm your order, a deposit is required. Choose "Partial payment" in the product page. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of delivery/installation.

  2. Local Delivery Areas: Our local delivery service is currently available to customers located in Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

  4. Delivery and Installation Day: Upon completion, we will schedule a delivery and installation day that suits you. On this day, the balance payment of your order will be due. 

  5. Product Safety: We take great care in ensuring your cold plunge products are delivered in perfect condition. In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours and we will swiftly arrange for a replacement.
